_Job Description:_

Reporting to the Executive Director, the **Housing Manager** leads a team of housing supervisors and housing support workers and has the overall responsibility for all aspects of implementing the housing contracts. The Housing Manager ensures a level of excellence in service delivery particularly in the areas of case management, housing locating and intake/assessment.

**Duties**:

- Develop and implement housing policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations
- Manage the budget for housing facilities, including monitoring expenses and identifying cost-saving opportunities
- Supervise housing staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of housing units to ensure they meet quality standards
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs and renovations
- Collaborate with community organizations to provide support services to residents
- Address resident concerns or complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and safety standards

**Skills**:

- Strong budgeting skills to effectively manage financial resources
- Excellent supervisory skills to lead a team of housing staff
- Proficient in program management to oversee multiple housing projects simultaneously
- Strong administrative skills to handle paperwork, record keeping, and reporting

Qualifications:

- _Minimum Qualifications and Skills:_
- A passion to end homelessness;
- Degree in Human Services or related discipline;
- Minimum two years of management experience leading a growing and dynamic team;
- Minimum three years of directly related experience working with housing homelesspopulations;
- Experience managing budgets and contracts;
- Ability to handle multiple projects and responsibilities while working under pressure in afast-paced environment;
- Professional demeanor with an ability to work with staff at all levels;
- A strong work ethic, takes initiative and an ability to manage confidential and sensitiveinformation;
We offer competitive compensation based on qualifications and experience.

Pay: $27.00-$38.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 - 45 per week
