The Advisor plays a key role in supporting and developing the company's clientele by providing financial consultation to our clients and helping them achieve their financial goals.

This role may have an opportunity to specialize in one or more product areas such as life and CI insurance, credit fix, providing business consultation and more.

The Advisor will help our clients build a financial plan, set financial goals, educate the clients about credit and how to fix it in Canada and help them maintain the program.

**What you're responsible for**:

- Develop communication channels with new clients, initial contact and maintain constant contact with the clients.
- Service and support the life and CI insurance, recommend high-valued products and provide a financial plan.
- Proactively complete client reviews, ensuring they are on track to their goals.
- Prospect and cross-sell all lines of business by completing needs analysis for clients.
- Educate the client on Investments and Insurance
- Resolve clients issues

**To join our team**:

- **A life License is required.**:

- Meet all provincial-licensing requirements following continuing education.
- A minimum of two (2) years of sales experience or related business or marketing experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of insurance and investment products and strong underwriting skills is an asset.
