**Position**:
GlassMasters is looking for individuals to fill the role as a Customer Service Representative for our Edmonton and area locations. In this role, you will be responsible for customer service, sales and operations as well as backend duties in the shop (rock chips, shop cleanliness, etc.). Please note that travel will be required for this position.

**Responsibilities**
- Maintain exceptional customer service
- Assist management with increasing sales and profitability, meeting location KPIs
- Develop and maintain retail and account customer relationships
- Assist branch manager with sales, cost of sales and labour targets
- Help manager with accounts receivable
- Control store inventory and supply levels
- Pick up and deliver vehicles from accounts
- Perform rock chip repairs
- Assist back end staff with shop duties and operations

**Requirements**:

- Valid Class 5 Driver’s License with good driving record
- Criminal record check
- Availability to work weekends
- Ability to travel between locations (Edmonton West, Edmonton South, Sherwood Park, and Red Deer.
- Most travel will be necessary to provide holiday coverage for front end staff.
- Solid work ethic and ability to deliver exceptional customer service
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Displays a can-do attitude
- Provides a positive role model for all staff
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Promotes a high-performance culture by helping manager set clear expectations, and creating a strong team environment
- Knowledge of retail and business systems (e.g. POS, web-portals, inventory management, excel, word)

- Ability to work long hours
- Post-secondary education is an asset
