The Officer, Order to Cash Reporting is responsible for the day-to-day reporting for Order to Cash (OTC). Monitors and reports on various customer and revenue information. Collaborates closely with OTC functional groups to coordinate the design, development and effective use of OTC reports.

**Responsibilities**:
Below are the main job requirements and responsibilities for the Officer, Order to Cash Commercial Customer Reporting.

1. Develops reports on OTC revenue, volumes, account management, payment processing and CRM reporting. Provides day-to-day insight on the CRM and financial story within OTC.

2. Provides day-to-day reporting for the claims team, prioritizes case claims assignment, acts on pending cases, and reviews cases within SLA expiration date. Develops score cards for OTC functional teams, measures and tracks performance, updates and maintains all scorecards used for performance evaluations.

3. Reports on anomalies, ensures quality of reports and provides high-level insights and recommendations to end-users. Identifies and analyses issues with existing reports, develops options and recommends areas for improvement within the OTC team and process owners.

4. Determines feasibility of new request, develops new reports and manages existing reports. Provides feedback on stakeholder report request to OTC functional groups and ensures the team is kept abreast of process changes.

5. Monitors the use of reports and recommends improvements to increase efficient and effective use. Provides insight to business processes and follows up to ensure successful implementation of recommended changes.

6. Conducts detailed testing and sampling for new reports, assesses impact on OTC processes and provides insight and recommendation on alternatives and implementation.

7. Responds to various stakeholders’ requests for input on Requests for Proposals (RFPs) or Requests for Information (RFIs) related to OTC reporting and proposal pricing and costing. Assesses impact, analyses alternatives and provides recommendations.

**Qualifications**:
**Education**
- Completed University Degree or College Diploma in Business Administration, Finance or Commerce.

**Experience**
- 2-5 years of experience in finance environment.
- Experience collaborating with various stakeholders such as Order to Cash, Line of Business, Sales and Service.
- Experience scoping, evaluating and testing requirements for reporting requests in a productionalized and ad-hoc environment.
- Experience written contextualization and high-level analysis of reporting results.
- Experience analyzing and evaluating large data sets and presenting in a summarized format.
- Proficient computer skills and competent with Microsoft office programs.
- Proficient in building queries to retrieve large data sets and present in a summarized format utilizing SAP BW Power User skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Strong oral and written communication.
