**About Us**: Canada's Medical Clinic is a leading family medicine clinic dedicated to providing high-quality healthcare services to our community. We are currently seeking a dynamic and highly organized **Medical Clinic Executive Assistant** to join our team at our Windermere, Edmonton location.

The Medical Clinic Executive Assistant will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clinics. This multifaceted position involves acting as a clinic supervisor, overseeing corporate activities, and ensuring that our team remains accountable and focused. Additionally, this role includes providing executive support to the CEO, assisting with various administrative tasks such as payroll, staff hours, and benefits administration.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise daily clinic operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide executive assistance to the CEO, managing schedules, communications, and administrative tasks.
- Assist with payroll processing, staff hour tracking, and benefits management.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and internal policies.
- Foster a motivated and cohesive work environment, promoting teamwork and accountability.
- Support the administrative team with various tasks as needed.
- Conduct regular audits and implement corrective actions to maintain operational integrity.
- Utilize Telus CHR (Client Health Record) for efficient management of patient data and administrative information.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive information.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in an executive assistant role or similar administrative position, preferably in a medical or healthcare setting.
- **Experience with Telus CHR** (Client Health Record) is extremely helpful.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong understanding of payroll, benefits administration, and general office management.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Highly professional, engaged, and self-motivated with a passion for providing excellent customer service.
