Business Development Manager

A career as a Business Development Manager at National Bank means developing strategies and providing coaching to advisory teams in terms of loan insurance and other protection services. This job allows you to have a positive impact on our organization, thanks to your ability to build trust quickly and demonstrate influence and a spirit of collaboration.
**Your job**:
- Act as a coach for the advisory teams in your regions
- Identify business opportunities that may emerge from the market and make recommendations on actions to be taken
- Contribute to the definition of business orientations and services under your responsibility
- Ensure the achievement of the objectives set in the regions under your responsibility
- Work in partnership with the Bank's various sectors and in close collaboration with the Firm's financial security advisors to develop new strategies and/or create a mix of pitches that meet the needs
- Establish a privileged relationship with partners and ensure their satisfaction by offering them a personalized service
- Develop strategies to enable the branch network teams (Branch Manager, Customer Service Manager and Bank Advisors) to achieve the objectives of loan insurance and protection solutions (APCC/Sécurzione)
- Disseminate training activities related to loan insurance
- Be the main point of contact and work closely with leaders in your regions (RVP, AVP)
**Your team**:
At National Bank Insurance, you will be part of a team of around 15 colleagues, and you will report to Senior Manager, Insurance Coach. Our team stands out for its dynamism and passion for insurance.

**Basic requirements**:
- Industry-related bachelor's degree and five years of relevant experience OR Industry-related Master's degree and three years of relevant experience OR University certificate and seven years of relevant experience
- Experience in business development
- Experience in facilitating training activities and/or coaching
- Ability to analyze and establish a skills development plan
- Knowledge of loan insurance products is an asset
- Excellent time and priority management
- Be results-oriented
- Good ability to influence
