**Rack Attack **is currently hiring for an additional IT Support Team Member. This role is a great opportunity to join a hands on, and fast paced environment. This position will be focused on offering store support, and hours of work will reflect the needs of our business and will include weekends.

**What You’ll Do**
- Complete installation and configuration of computer systems
- Product and ecommerce database maintenance
- Diagnosing and resolving hardware/software issues
- Provide step by step instruction to colleagues who encounter technical issues
- Maintain procedures and reports that provide technical support to the entire company
- Test and evaluate new technologies for the company
- Other tasks and projects as assigned

- Able to travel to different store locations as needed, across North America

Pay: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
- Night shift

Supplemental pay types:

Ability to commute/relocate:
