**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
**Job Summary**:

- Entry-level position typically requiring little to no prior knowledge or experience. _

**Specific responsibilities include**:

- Intake and assist walk-ins, appointments, and returning customers
- Create estimates, price quotes, and invoices for auto work
- Answer phones and return customer calls
- Fields and escalates customer concerns as needed with technical or specialized support
- Provides exceptional customer service to each customer that enters and leaves the store
- Follows standard operating procedures to provide excellent customer service and to maintain and improve orders
- Work is routine and closely supervised
- Communicates information that requires little explanation or interpretation
- Assist manager with daily parts returns
- Ensure accuracy when ordering parts
- Input documentation on all calls and follow-up with callers as needed
- Confirm all mobile jobs parts and materials before dispatching drivers
- Open new accounts and service existing accounts

**Skills/Qualifications/Physical Requirements**:

- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Must have a positive attitude and customer service mindset
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Attention to detail
- Able to bend or stand at least 80% of the time
- Capable of working any day of the week including Sundays
- Basic computer skills: ability to use a keyboard and a mouse to correctly collect and enter information into system
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers and team members
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks to accomplish goals
- Motivated self-starter who is willing to work independently and with teams
- Bilingual (Spanish) proficiency is a plus
- Prior phone or call center experience is a plus
