We are hiring for Line Cook positions

Line Cook Job Duties:

- Prepare, cook, and plate seafoods, meats, vegetables and starches as per the Chef's specifications
- Daily, Weekly, Monthly cleaning and equipment upkeep
- Working in a safe, clean and efficient manner
- Work in team and individual settings
- Other tasks as directed by the chef

Job Duties:

- Prepare, season and cook food as directed, meeting dietary requirements where required
- Follow recipes and presentation specifications
- Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Clean and maintain station in practicing good safety and sanitation
- Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes

Additional Duties:

- Recording food temperature

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $17.00-$19.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Night shift
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

**Experience**:
