Winnipeg, Canada Integrated Therapies Full time

Responsibilities:

- Assist chiropractors with patient care and treatment procedures
- Manage patient scheduling and appointments
- Maintain and organize patient records both electronically and in physical files
- Perform clerical duties such as billing, coding, and insurance processing
- Utilize computerized systems for patient management
- Assist with administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the office

**Skills**:

- Type accurately and efficiently
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when interacting with patients and other healthcare professionals
- File and maintain records in an organized manner
- Perform clerical tasks with precision and attention to detail
- Possess knowledge of medical office procedures and terminology
- Utilize computer software such as QuickBooks and Google Suite effectively

**Salary**: $15.30-$19.74 per hour
