OTTO Motors is looking for a Marketing Events Coordinator who is eager to level up their events expertise and is excited about planning and executing on OTTO Motors' global events strategy. As our Marketing Events Coordinator, you'll collaborate closely with our marketing and product teams to develop and execute comprehensive event programs in line with our company's goals.
From coordinating logistics for trade shows and conferences to creating compelling promotional materials and managing on-site activities, you'll be instrumental in driving engagement and maximizing our brand visibility. Your role will also involve working with vendors, collecting and organizing leads, and staying updated on industry trends to ensure our events are consistently impactful and exceeding best practices. This is a hybrid position and requires up to 20% travel to attend industry trade shows and conferences. Collaborate closely with our dynamic marketing team to develop comprehensive event plans aligned with marketing objectives and company goals.
Contribute to developing event experiences that resonate with various buyer personas by implementing best practices tailored to international markets.
Seamlessly coordinate all logistical aspects of trade shows and conferences, including booth components, robot demonstration equipment, shipping, and travel arrangements, ensuring each detail contributes to the success of our events.
Assist in the creation of promotional materials for events spanning from engaging email copy and social media posts, to captivating videos and promotional graphics.
Liaise with external vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials, apparel and swag.
Support on-site event activities, including booth setup, staffing, and attendee engagement.
Collect and organize leads generated from events, ensuring meticulous follow-up and seamless integration with Salesforce to maximize the impact of event initiatives.
Stay at the forefront of industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices to ensure OTTO is positioned as leaders in the ever-evolving landscape of event marketing.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in event planning, marketing coordination, or related roles.
Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Solid computer skills, including marketing software (Adobe Creative Suite & Salesforce, and Pardot).
Creative thinker with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
Willingness to travel occasionally for events as needed.
