Selkirk Paving, part of the Terus Construction group. is seeking a **full-time Office Administrator based in Crescent Valley, BC**. Terus Construction Ltd. is a leader in the construction industry in British Columbia.

**Responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:

- Answering phones and greeting people who come through the office.
- Receipting or receiving materials and supplies ordered by PO in JD Edwards and assisting with coding of non-PO invoices.
- Record Entering the delivery of materials to construction jobs, pit to pit transfers and FOB asphalt and gravel sales.
- Sorting, entering and filing and sorting of hired truck tickets
- Requisition materials and supplies
- Completing daily cash deposits and worksheets
- Gathers financial information for Terus Head Office
- General administrative office duties
- Experience working in a team environment
- Experience in office administration,
- Excellent computer skills with strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Excellent organization skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- A high school diploma

**The following would be an asset**:

- Some knowledge of JD Edwards system
- 2-3 years’ experience in office administration
- Post-secondary courses in office administration, accounting / finance
