**Analyste des réclamations**
**Description du poste **:Ce poste permet de se prononcer sur tous les litiges ou réclamations des clients conformément aux directives commerciales d'IPG, ainsi qu'aux politiques et procédures respectives.
**Principales responsabilités**
- Valider et traiter en temps opportun les réclamations des clients telles que les retours, les pénuries de même que les écarts de prix
- Analyser et examiner les portefeuilles de dossiers de réclamations, puis communiquer les causes profondes ainsi que les solutions potentielles
- Communiquer de manière proactive l'état des demandes de réclamations ainsi que d'autres renseignements clés aux intervenants internes et externes.
- Travailler avec les services internes au besoin, y compris les ventes, la commercialisation des produits et l'entrepôt, afin de valider et résoudre les questions ou les problèmes concernant les comptes clients
- Mettre en évidence le non-respect des procédures d'approbation des demandes de réclamation; signaler les lacunes du processus à la direction.
- Participer aux projets d'amélioration des processus de traitement des demandes de réclamation.
- Responsable des niveaux de productivité et de qualité assignés par la direction.
- Effectuer des tâches de recouvrement sur les comptes clients en souffrance, lorsque cela est justifié.
- Soutenir la tâche d'attribution de l'ordre lorsque cela est justifié.
- Capacité avérée à effectuer plusieurs tâches à la fois sans perte d'efficacité ou de précision
- Effectuer d'autres tâches et petits projets confiés par la direction
- Solides compétences en matière de communication et de relations interpersonnelles, avec un engagement en faveur de la satisfaction du client
- Solides capacités d'analyse et de résolution de problèmes, et excellentes aptitudes en mathématiques
**Compétences et expérience essentielles**
- Diplôme universitaire ou l'équivalent avec une expérience professionnelle de 3 à 5 ans dans le domaine des réclamations, des services à la clientèle ou de la comptabilité.
- Bilingue
- Souci du détail
- Capacité à effectuer plusieurs tâches à la fois et à hiérarchiser la charge de travail
- Orienté vers les résultats et doté de solides compétences en matière de résolution de problèmes
- Solides compétences organisationnelles
- Compétences intermédiaires à avancées avec la suite MS Office, y compris les logiciels Outlook, Word, Excel et PowerPoint
- Connaissance pratique de JD est un atout

**Claims Analyst**
**Position Purpose**:This position adjudicates all Customer Disputes or Claims in accordance with IPG business guidelines and respective Policies and Procedures.
**Principle Accountabilities**
- Validate and process customer claims such as returns, shortages, pricing discrepancies in a timely manner
- Analyze and review claims file portfolios and communicate root causes and potential solutions
- Proactively communicate claims status and other key data information to internal and external stakeholders.
- Work with internal departments as needed, including Sales and Product Marketing and warehouse, to validate and/or resolve questions or issues on customer's A/R
- Identify procedural non-compliance on claims approvals; escalates process gaps to management
- Participate in Claims process improvement projects.
- Responsible for productivity levels and quality levels as assigned by management.
