**We are currently looking for a dynamic and motivated Marketing Intern to work at La Grand Roue de Montreal.**

The Marketing, Sales & Communication department is responsible for promoting La Grande Roue de Montréal and driving the sales of the products and services, ensuring apt visibility, and generating a positive image in line with the brand experience.

**Task and responsibilities**
- Contribute to the deployment of all marketing sales and communication initiatives;
- Develop and optimize social media content calendar for all platforms, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.;
- Coordinate on-site marketing, digital and static;
- Manage signage requests and coordinate content changes;
- Assist the marketing and sales team in the planning of all promotional activities, trade shows and sales mission;
- Manage photo inventory and coordinate photo shoots;
- Generate weekly and monthly performance reports, media performance, social media, website, and on-line sales;
- Create graphic content;
- Coordinate translation projects;
- Coordinate press fam trips and visits;
- Coordinate graphic design projects with agencies and suppliers; and
- Coordinate other marketing projects as needed.

**Job requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or communication (or equivalent)
- Experience with social media campaigns
- Strong project management skills
- Experience with online marketing and analysis tools and CRM systems, such as Google Analytics
- High proficient with Microsoft Office
- Fluent in both French and English
- Strong knowledge of the Tourism industry is an asset
- Experience using graphic design tools ex. Photoshop and or Canva is an asset

**Objectif de l'emploi**

Le département Marketing, Ventes & Communication est responsable de promouvoir La Grande Roue de Montréal et diriger les ventes des produits et services, d'assurer une bonne visibilité et de générer une image positive en lien avec l'expérience de la marque.

**Tâches et responsabilités**
- Contribuer au déploiement de toutes les initiatives marketing, ventes et communication;
- Développer, créer et produire du contenu visuel associé au contenu éditorial des médias sociaux;
- Modérer les médias sociaux selon le calendrier approuvé;
- Interagir avec la communauté au besoin et animer les discussions;
- Développer un calendrier et générer du contenu personnalisé pour chaque segment;
- Gérer le contenu du site Web et les composants visuels, les changements saisonniers, les événements, les concours, etc.;
- Coordonner le marketing sur le site, numérique et statique
- Gérer les demandes d'affichage;
- Gérer et coordonner les changements de contenu requis dans tous les outils de marketing et de vente, concept, rédaction et visual;
- Assister l'équipe marketing et commerciale dans la planification de toutes les activités promotionnelles, salons et mission commerciale;
- Coordonner les projets de traduction;
- Gérer l'inventaire photo et coordonner les séances photo;
- Générer des rapports de performance hebdomadaires et mensuels, la performance des médias, les médias sociaux, le site Web et les ventes en ligne;
- Coordonner les voyages et visites de presse;
- Coordonner les projets de conception graphique avec les agences et les fournisseurs; et
- Coordonner des projets Marketing divers.

**Exigences requises**
- Baccalauréat en marketing ou en communication;
- Solide compétence en gestion de projet;
- Expérience avec les outils de marketing et d'analyse en ligne et les systèmes CRM, et tels que Google Analytics;
- Maîtrise de Microsoft Office;
- Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais;
- Solide connaissance de l'industrie du tourisme un atout; et
- Expérience dans l'utilisation d'outils de conception graphique ex. Photoshop et/ou Canva est un atout.
