Dental Receptionist/assistant

Friendly, modern dental office at the Upper Beaches and North York at Yonge and Sheppard looking for an experienced Dental Assistant with Front Desk experience an asset.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist the dentist during dental procedures
- Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and equipment
- Take and develop dental x-rays
- Provide patient education on oral hygiene and post-operative care
- Perform basic laboratory procedures, such as pouring impressions and fabricating temporary crowns
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Schedule appointments and manage patient flow

**Experience**:

- Previous experience as a dental assistant /dental receptionist preferred
- Knowledge of PARADIGM DENTAL SOFTWARE an asset
- Familiarity with dental terminology, procedures, and instruments
- Proficient in taking dental x-rays and maintaining radiation safety protocols
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

As a Dental Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing quality dental care to our patients. You will work closely with the dentist and the rest of the dental team to ensure a smooth and efficient operation of the dental office.
