The Project Support Administrator will be responsible for helping manage, schedule, process and submit Vendor completion dates associated to customer invoicing. In this role, the Project Support Administrator will monitor key milestone dates and the associated financial costs throughout the project life cycle. They will communicate if any key milestone dates are in jeopardy to all key stakeholders in a timely manner, to ensure customer deliverables are met and will update/ maintain project database software in a timely manner to ensure Vendor Metrics are accurate.

This is a hybrid work opportunity and will require some occasional visits to our Vaughan office as needed.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Purchase order acceptance
- Analysis of Pos-Identify discrepancies in a timely manner back to the customer and acceptance in customer & Internal systems
- Monitor the issuance of POs from the customer to ensure they are issued in a timely manner
- Follow up on PO proposals (NVMT) to ensure SLA are being met
- Process Vendor completion dates and track/follow up on GR SLA’s, Update Internal system
- Track QuickBase data integrity for the Operational Teams and identify discrepancies in a timely manner
- Data management related to NVMT GR process
- Customer System/Milestone updates (SAP/RPATS/QuickBase)
- Create and Monitor Reports
- Provide vacation coverage for other team members
- Reconciliation of data
- Other duties as assigned

**Skills and Abilities**:

- 1-3 years of Project Support or Administrative experience is required
- Experience with project tracking and reporting
- Experience in SAP and QuickBase (or another project management tool) is an asset
- Experience with budgets, costs and profitability analysis
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
- Proven organization abilities and attention to detail
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work and focus on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with an upbeat attitude
- Dynamic and able to maintain excellent relations with peers, customers and internal resources

**ABOUT TELECON GROUP**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
