**Your Mission**:
In this critical managerial role, you will effectively manage the day-to-day operations of the sales floor and assist our passionate Product Ambassadors in achieving sales and revenue growth. You will build, coach and lead the sales team and be responsible for the department's performance and engagement. You take pride in providing exceptional customer service and building lasting relationships with clients. You will assist in managing the inventory (new & used) as well as the lot presentation. You set and monitor sales targets and support your sales team in reaching these goals.
