**Qualifications**:
- Master’s Degree (preferred) in regulated health care profession.
- Registered with a professional college and in good standing (required).
- Minimum five years of clinical experience working with individuals living with Substance Use Disorders and/or Concurrent Disorders.
- Extensive training and experience providing time limited, evidenced based treatment, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy.
- Solid individual and group psychotherapy skills required and essential.
- Knowledgeable with data collection tools.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills combined with the ability to work independently as well as part of an inter-professional team
- Ability to prioritize competing demands, positive work and attendance record, required
- Hospital based experience is considered an asset.-
