Overview / Responsibilities:
Wood is currently seeking a **Senior Construction Coordinator** for one of our project sites near Gogama, ON. If you have a successful track record and thrive in a fast
- paced environment, this opportunity is for you.

This position is a fly-in/fly-out work rotation (14 x 14 -12 hours per day).

**Key Responsibilities**
- Monitor contract schedules, including hourly rate and firm price contracts;
- Supervise and coordinate the work of multiple contractors on site with respect to safety, quality of work, and adherence to applicable codes, standards, design documents and site standards;
- Ensure that Wood and client safety, health, and environment (HSE) programs are implemented and adhered to at all times;
- Monitor schedule and quantities of work completed, identify mitigation strategies where required; and
- Participate in the turnover process by assembling completion checklists and other construction records

Skills / Qualifications:

- Minimum of 10 years of multi-discipline construction experience on large scale, heavy industrial projects in an EPC/EPCM environment;
- Trade qualifications with proven experience in construction civil, piping and concrete activities;
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills as well as the ability to work in a team environment
- Authorization to lawfully work in Canada without sponsorship from Wood
