**Volunteer coordinator, Social Services**

**Responsibilities**
- Organizing programs and activities in accordance with the mission, Vision and Values of RARICANOW
- Maintain proper focus, enthusiasm and momentum within the programing section of RARICANOW
- Develop a budget and operational plan for the programs of Raricanow and Identify and contact potential grantees for funding.
- Facilitate the appointment of individuals to project teams
- Represent the society in conferences, meetings and workshops.
- Manage and monitor grants and prepare funding reports.
- Analyze and troubleshoot program challenges.
- Develop best practices to improve overall program performance
- Assist in budget preparation and expense management activities for programs.
- Plan and execute program activities in a timely and accurate manner.
- Conduct program reviews and prepare reports for management.
- Prepare meeting agenda, organize meetings and distribute minutes.

**Salary**: From $15.00 per hour
