rranean cuisine and aim to please every guest with exceptional service, ensuring they leave with a smile. We are looking to hire servers for full-time or part-time positions, with weekend availability a must. *What You’ll Do:*
- Greet customers upon arrival at the restaurant.
- Provide excellent customer service during their dining experience.
- Offer suggestions for food or drink choices to diners.
- Clean tables and prepare spaces for future diners.
- Set tables throughout the shift.
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage.
- Genuinely connect and communicate with every guest in your section and every guest that you interact with, ensuring a welcoming and friendly atmosphere.
- Go above and beyond to accommodate guest requests and suggestions, ensuring their dining experience is exceptional.
- Ensure that every guest leaves satisfied and happy with their experience. If any concerns or conflicts arise, you will immediately involve a Manager to positively resolve the situation.
- Proactively assist other servers with table maintenance, running food, side duties, assisting with payments, etc.
- Ensure all guests receive a consistently remarkable experience. *Requirements:*
- Fluent in English.
- Ontario Smart Serve Certificate is a must.
- Availability to work multiple shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Punctual and have access to reliable transportation.
- Positive attitude and ability to converse with people easily.
- Knowledge or ability to acquire an appropriate level of skill using computers and restaurant software (POS). *Who You Are:*
- You are a genuine, charming, vibrant, and team-oriented individual.
- You have a minimum of 1 year of front-of-house restaurant experience. We will consider the right person with the right attitude who can demonstrate their abilities through previous work or involvement in teams (school, work, or sports).
- You pride yourself on your customer service skills, your ability to make people feel at home, your reliability, and your ability to stay upbeat even during the busiest shifts.
- You are solution-focused and resourceful, thinking on your feet effectively to find resolutions to situations.
- You manage your time effectively and prioritize tasks without skipping a beat.
