North York, Canada Custodia Home Management Full time

Become a Custodia **Independent Painter/Sandblaster Contractors** and help local seniors live a better life in their homes. You will be helping them with the lawn, garden, yard, windows, gutters and general home maintenance.
- Do you want to earn income using your truck and tools?
- Do you want stable income and recurring customers local to you?
- Do you want to get paid for helping seniors with home and property maintenance?
- Are you available for spring, summer, fall, and winter maintenance contracts?

**Duties**
- Painting: Coating prepped surfaces, making final touch-ups, and maintaining quality
- Sandblasting: Using a sandblasting machine gun to clean surfaces with compressed air and abrasive material. This can remove paint, dirt, adhesives, and other materials. Sandblasters may also etch glass.
- Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate protective gear during all blasting activities
- Inspect surfaces after blasting to ensure quality standards are met
- Maintain and clean sandblasting equipment after each use

**Successful applicant**:

- Work as an independent contractor that operates their own business
- Can pass criminal record checks
- Have a valid driver's license with a truck or van
- Really love making things work and making things look nice
- Own or rent the tools needed and can fix things around the house
