We are seeking a talented and experienced 3D Artist to join our dynamic team. As a 3D Artist at Synode, you will collaborate with our team of creative professionals to bring our projects to life through stunning visual effects, animations, and models. From concept development to final execution, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest level of quality and innovation in our work.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create high-quality 3D models, textures, and animations for use in various projects.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop and refine visual concepts and designs.
- Execute tasks within established project timelines and meet production deadlines.
- Ensure consistency and adherence to project specifications and artistic direction.
- Continuously research and implement new techniques and technologies to enhance workflow efficiency and quality of work.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Animation, Visual Effects, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as a 3D Artist in a professional setting, with a strong portfolio showcasing your creative and technical skills.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Autodesk Maya, 3ds Max, ZBrush, Substance Painter, etc.
- Solid understanding of 3D modeling, texturing, lighting, and rendering techniques.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced production environment.
