We are seeking a versatile and skilled individual to join our team as a Handyman/Painter/Drywaller. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to maintenance, painting, and drywall repair in residential and commercial settings.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Perform general maintenance tasks such as repairing drywall, patching holes, and fixing minor electrical and plumbing issues.

5. Assist with other construction-related tasks as needed, including carpentry, flooring installation, and tile work.

6. Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.

7. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and address any concerns or questions they may have.

**Requirements**:
1. Proven experience as a handyman, painter, or drywaller, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.

2. Proficiency in a variety of painting techniques and knowledge of different types of paint and finishes.

3. Skilled in drywall repair, including taping, mudding, and sanding.

4. Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision, as well as part of a team.

5. Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.

6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

7. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

**Preferred Qualifications**:
1. Certification or formal training in painting, drywall repair, or a related field.

2. Knowledge of building codes and regulations related to painting and drywall installation.

3. Experience working in both residential and commercial settings.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $19.40-$35.90 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week

Flexible Language Requirement:

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

- Signing bonus
