- 1. To provide instruction and to facilitate interactive practical experiences for students in the Early. Childhood Education diploma program through a blended model offered internationally in Ganzhou.
2. To coordinate the delivery of the international offering of the Early Childhood Education Diploma program in Ganzhou.
3. Travel to Ganzhou as required to deliver instruction and for quality assurance purposes.
4. Work atypical hours instructing remotely in support of international time change.
5. Be flexible and responsive to learner needs using appropriate instructional methodologies in support of a blended learning experience.
6. Provide appropriate evaluation, assessment, and feedback to students on the required learning platform (Bright Space).
7. Plan and deliver content and learning activities that reflect the values, beliefs, needs, and contributions of a culturally diverse community.
8. Manage the classroom to ensure an optimum learning environment.
9. Maintain and up-date curriculum materials.
10. Work co-operatively in an interdependent team environment.
11. Engage in professional development opportunities to keep current with employer and educational requirements.
12. Develop working relationships with appropriate external partners and employers
13. Follow policies and procedures adopted by Saskatchewan Polytechnic.
