As we continue to grow, we seek a dynamic and experienced executive to join our team as the Vice President of Indirect Procurement.

**Position Overview**

Nature’s Touch is looking for a strong individual to fill important tasks to manage projects of co-manufacturing with our overseas partners. Reporting to the Senior Director of Procurement, this self-driven and autonomous individual will build new paths for our globally expanding business. The functions will demand technical and continuous communications with our partners located in South, Central and North America. International traveling will be required for this position.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets for offshore food repacking operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project deliverables, including quality, food safety, packaging, procurement, supply chain.
- Manage and coordinate with offshore suppliers and partners, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Ensure compliance with quality, food safety, and regulations.
- Conduct regular project status meetings and progress reports to stakeholders. - Ensure that projects meet customer requirements and expectations.
- Manage and report on budgeting and cost control.

- **Minimum Qualifications**:_
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Operations Management, Food Processing, or related field 3.
- **Preferred Qualifications**:_
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in an offshore manufacturing environment or food processing
- **Knowledge and Skills**:_
- Strong knowledge of food processing and packaging, international business, quality systems.
- Excellent project management, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with project management tools and software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- _**Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.**_

**Additional Considerations**:

- International traveling will be required; 15-20% of the time
