As a young and thriving real estate management company for over 10 years, Kasbastays specialized in boutique hotel featuring fully furnished accommodation for short and mid stay rentals —and managing over 200 units in Downtown Montreal.

We are dedicated to offer to our guest a seamless and self service experience by cutting the codes of traditional hospitality without compromise on the quality a hotel.

At Kasbastays you will:

- Be the first point of contact for all our guests
- Manage client’s registration by distance and in person
- Coordinate with our maintenance team issues on the ground and provide updates to guests
- Coordinate and follow with housekeeping for inventory checks
- Answer guest’s feedback

**REQUIREMENTS**:
WHAT WE LOOK FOR:

- Troubleshoot resolving skills in positive and stressful way
- Good communication skills, both in person and by telephone
- Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken
- Flexibility to work a varied schedule (35-50h /week and weekends)
- Available to work from home with a reliable internet
- Skills to learn and use multiple platforms and apps both on laptop and smartphone
- A minimum of 1 year experience hospitality or customer service

**Salary**: From $52,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
- Overtime pay

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
