The Sales Manager will be directly responsible for overseeing a range of sales responsibilities & sales-related admin/operational duties in the Ontario market. You will be responsible for the promotion of Caliber branded products and services, growing opportunities leading to sales, managing existing, and past jobs, and expanding our customer/relationship base with an emphasis on Integrity, Quality, and Value.

The role will also require identifying & qualifying potential opportunities, prospecting, attending industry tradeshows and networking events, and presenting appearances to end users and architectural contacts to build Caliber’s brand recognition in the Ontario region.

As the Sales Manager, you will be a results-driven sales professional with exceptional negotiation abilities. To assist current and prospective clients, the Sales Manager must be detail-oriented and have great communication and interpersonal skills.

The role requires you to work well both independently and close to our Ontario field and office team, especially when developing new business sales and concepts. Ultimately, the role of the Sales Manager is to reach or exceed the company's sales targets for the Ontario region.

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$75,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- sales: 5 years (required)
