**Description**

We are looking for an Intermediate Business Analyst to support integrated solutions into Microsoft Office 365 (O365) especially SharePoint (SP) with the end goal of transitioning the Record Data Information Management System (RDIMS) and SP 2019 (on-premise) to O365 SP.

**Roles and Responsibilities**

The resource will be required to perform business analyst functions on the IM portfolio such as plan, monitor and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) through various use cases / initiatives leading to the successful design, build, integration, and administration of project’s records management systems: RDIMS, SP 2019 and O365 SP. The tasks as detailed below include identifying user requirements, building an initial concept, policy update, training, and final design, assisting with the rollout, providing support to the implementation of solutions such as O365. The resource will perform Information Management (IM) tasks in support of the project team using business analysis methods. These tasks may include, but are not limited to the following:

- Provide problem recognition, isolation, research, resolution, and follow-up including technical support;
- Provide systems administration duties such as creating and maintaining network accounts, performing basic security back-ups; escalate more complex problems;
- Install, maintain, and troubleshooting computers, printer hardware and software including troubleshoot and resolve network problems;
- Create problem and resolution logs for help desk activities; train and mentor/coach staff;
- Gather requirements, lead, coordinate and facilitate valuable information collection and track progress;
- Develop and prepare diagrammatic plans for RDIMS, SharePoint 2019 and Microsoft Office 365;
- Perform enterprise architectural modeling to ensure consistency of the design with existing work and the Defense Wide Area Network (DWAN);
- Integrate policies through the use of Qualiware and Enterprise Architecture solution for all Material;
- Develop/write code based upon design and user requirements; monitor for design changes;
- Develop test plans including develop post-implementation plan for monitoring/tracking design stability;
- Program, develop, maintain, and design within the architecture of RDIMS and SP; and ensure the plan for RDIMS, SP 2019 and O365 is in accordance with (IAW) policy.
- Execute the creation of the final approved design plan on O365 which includes evaluation of the solution IAW test plan; ensure functionalities are IAW requirements; and develop and maintain Office suite and MS InfoPath forms and documentation;
- Provide guidance/coaching to Site Owners on features of SharePoint IAW its intended use;
- Prepare the handover for knowledge transfer and ongoing support especially before the end of the Contract.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Completed an undergraduate Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Management System or related field.
- Minimum nine years of experience in planning and developing various use cases, initiatives, or projects.
- Minimum nine years of experience in monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators.
- Minimum nine years of experience in transforming a record repository into a SharePoint environment.
- Certifications preferred in the following areas**:1.** Microsoft 365 Certified: Teamwork Administrator Associate Certification; **2*. Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist; **3. **SharePoint 2010 Certification; **4.* Microsoft SharePoint 2010, Application Development (MCPD) Certification; **5.** Microsoft Certified Professional; **6.** Microsoft Specialist: Microsoft SharePoint; **7.** Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals; **8. **Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals; **9.** Microsoft Power Automate Essential Training; **10.** SharePoint Framework for Developers - 1 - Understanding the Tool chain; **11**. SharePoint Framework for Developers - 2 - Authoring and Debugging Solutions; **12.** Nintex Workflow Pro; **13.** Microsoft PowerApps: Using the Common Data Service; **14.** Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Fundamentals; **15. **Record Data Information Management System (RDIMS); **16.** Qualiware.

**Job Requirement**
- Must have Secret Level Security Clearance

This position is a full time in-person job.
