**Position Description**:
As a member of the Business Analytics Function, the **Digital Insight Analyst** will help create value for Reckitt (Canada) through enabling data-driven decision-making for Marketing strategic and operational planning. The Digital Insight Analyst will support the Digital Insight Manager with generating our understanding of performance within the digital consumer space.

The Digital Insight Analyst will assist with the tracking of digital KPIs and digital tactic performance relative to expectations. You will assist with providing standardized weekly and monthly reports as well as ad hoc investigations into digital data sources. You will assist in shedding light into how our CRM strategies and tactics engage and convert our consumers. You will also track digital media performance, helping to understand targeting efficiency and effectiveness. The Digital Insight Analyst will also be involved with optimization of tactics. You will help to define test and learn analytic methodologies to help trial new tactics. You will also help identify where optimizations can be made.

You are digitally savvy and stay on top of the latest trends and innovations. You know the importance of consumer centric marketing and understand digital technologies and digital marketing practices. You are familiar with CRM programs, website performance monitoring and digital media measurement. You have experience data mining in data lake environments and are proficient with statistical analysis tools.

**Position Requirement**:

- Strong understanding of digital analysis techniques. Experience with Google Analytics and Google Datastudio, digital media effectiveness measurement, A/B testing and e-com measurement. Familiarity with SalesForce platforms (Interactive Studio, Marketing Cloud, Social Studio) also an asset.
- Experience with big data analytical methodologies and environments. SQL and python familiarity. Predictive modelling and machine learning are strong assets.
- Experience with data visualization (Power BI) software. Strong Excel proficiency.
- Excellent analytical, storytelling, and problem-solving skills. Ability to translate/communicate analytics recommendations to both technical and nontechnical team members.
- Ability to challenge the status quo and encourage use of new information and consumer insights.
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously demonstrating strong prioritization skills, balancing uncertainties and trade-offs to achieve desired business results. Attention to detail with emphasis on both speed and accuracy.
- Strong intellectual curiosity and independent judgement with the desire to understand the drivers of consumer behaviour.
- Builds a collaborative, positive cross functional team environment and strong working relationships.
