**Job Summary**:
In a team orientated environment, the Customer Service Rep builds customer relationships through assisting homeowners and businesses with orders and inquiries to achieve high customer satisfaction and retention, both over the phone and in-person.

**Duties**:
Answering customer questions, taking, and processing orders using both an online and POS system. Stocking in-store merchandise and maintain the cleanliness of the office and storefront.

**Specific requirements**:You must have reliable transportation to and from our office on Hwy. 48. The closest public transportation is one kilometre away with no sidewalks.
