**Description**:
Day to day workplace support at our SkipTheDishes Winnipeg office. The primary responsibility of this role is to support the Facilities and Real Estate (F&RE) function to ensure a best in class service is provided to our stakeholders and team members within the workplace.

As a member of our organisational Workplace team, you will be responsible for both front office activities and behind the scenes facilities operations. This role is the main point of contact at the front desk for visitors to Skip and will manage a variety of calendars and support office activities daily. People need to eat so Skip never sleeps, and that means the show runs around the clock. **What’s On Your Plate**:

- Assist the Skip Workplace team to champion programs at the Winnipeg office
- Prioritising and executing day to day facility and health and safety activities
- Inputting / reacting to / resolving facility concerns (helpdesk: Jira, Maximo, Planon, Concept Evo etc.) work orders / tickets
- Reacting to incidents as they occur and escalating mitigation as necessary
- Assisting with event management: local events (sundowners, sunrisers and various adhoc events for team members) and external events or team activities
- Data input of facilities and workplace health and safety datasets: office occupancy, CSR / utilities, FM dashboards and other databases and documents as required
- Assisting in office inspections including reporting issues and mitigation
- Work with teams and assist as necessary with training and meeting room requirements
- Management of the reception desk / area ensuring this is presentable and operational at all times
- Receive, welcome and refer visitors to the relevant individual or department
- Work with facilities team members on PO raising and assisting in invoice reconciliation
- Order and maintain the necessary levels of consumables, such as food, stationary and other items within the workplace
- First point of contact for cleaning company/cleaner ensuring optimum standards are adhered to at all times
- Contact and liaise with suppliers to arrange repairs, maintenance, etc.
- Assist the Facilities & Real Estate (F&RE) team with any reasonable requests
- Act as a first point of contact for employees and suppliers
- Work with Fleet and Travel teams assisting in matters relating to our team members travelling (assistance in maintenance and admin the TMS and liaising with stakeholders regarding fleet support)
- Assist in on and off boarding of colleagues.

**Recipe for Success**:

- 0-2 years experience in administrative / facilities management or office management environment
- Degree in Administration/facilities support or related
- Entry level role for someone with a keen interest in pursuing facilities management as a career
- Google suite knowledge advantageous
- Ability to multitask with good organisational skills
- Have a great attitude
- Thrive in a rapidly evolving workplace environment
- Eager to contribute to the growth and development of the team
- Receptive to feedback and challenging experiences
- Actively involved in their ongoing personal growth and learning
- Experience in customer service or in the hospitality industry
- Demonstrated communication skills - verbally and written
- Multitasking - ability to switch gears at a moments notice
- Supply and inventory management
- The ability to lift up to 30lbs
