Are you an experienced aviation professional with a passion for teaching and inspiring the next generation of flight attendants? IBT College is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable **Flight Attendant Program Instructor** to join our team on a part-time basis.

Our Flight Attendant Program is designed to prepare students for exciting careers in the aviation industry, focusing on safety, customer service, and operational excellence.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Deliver engaging and informative lessons in accordance with the Flight Attendant Program curriculum.
- Provide hands-on guidance and mentorship to students in classroom and simulated environments.
- Teach key areas such as in-flight safety procedures, emergency protocols, and customer service skills.
- Prepare students for certification exams and interviews with airlines.
- Assess student progress through evaluations, assignments, and practical exercises.
- Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment to inspire student success.
- Stay updated on industry trends, airline requirements, and instructional best practices.
**Qualifications**:
- Relevant experience as a flight attendant or in the aviation industry (minimum of 4 years preferred).
- Strong knowledge of airline safety protocols, emergency procedures, and customer service excellence.
- Previous teaching or training experience is an asset.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility and enthusiasm to work with students from diverse backgrounds.
- Flexible availability to accommodate part-time scheduling.
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: $23.00-$30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 6 per week
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Toronto, ON M2N 5X5: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Flight Attendant: 4 years (preferred)
**Language**:
- Fluent English, (at least IELTS 7) (preferred)
