About the Role:
Bosa Properties is looking for a Move-In Coordinator to join our team of talented real estate sales professionals. Reporting to the Director of Sales, this individual will have the opportunity to support our Sales team in providing homeowners with a exceptional move-in experience.

**What You'll Do**
- Assist our Sales team with preparing homeowner key packages;
- Meet with homeowners to present them with their key package;
- Facilitate a tour of the building’s amenity areas;
- Support the sales team with ad hoc administrative tasks as required.

What you Bring:

- 1 year of experience in a customer-service oriented role;
- Ability to work Monday-Saturday;
- Highly proficient organizational and time management skills;
- Demonstrated ability to problem-solve using effective written and verbal communication;
- Ability to provide human-centered solutions and adapt to changing needs;
- Ability to speak multiple languages will be considered an asset.
