**Overview**:
**Specific Accountabilities**:
- Maintenance of operational technologies and other specialized equipment- Develop and analyze reports to improve performance-
- Assist in troubleshooting of technology issues- Work with IT team on cube and reweigh related projects- Manage various technology projects within IT- Test new products/programs on the mobile scanning units.- Research new technologies that can enhance and improve scanner capabilities.- Install shipping systems at customer locations, both in person and remotely- Provide general IT support to internal and external users- Work with the IT Service Desk to close, open and escalate support tickets

**Qualifications**- Ability to work in team environment- Excellent communication skills- Bilingual (French and English) would be an asset- Excellent analytical and reporting skills- Passion for outstanding customer service- Strong general IT knowledge- At least 3 years experience with repairs/upgrades on technical equipment- Understanding of courier\logistics industry an asset- Experience with overhead scanning and cubing technologies an asset- Understanding of automation in courier industry an asset- Ability to work flexible hours (including weekend work)- Ability to travel (personal vehicle required) primarily within Ontario, but other travel may be required.- Post-Secondary education in Engineering/Electronics/Technology or Computer Science or related experience and technical skills an asset.- Previous experience associated with Transportation/Logistics and express movement of goods and mobility equipment an asset- Ability to lift heavy objects- Ability to work with hand tools in a warehouse environment- Experience with all versions of Windows and MS Office- Valid G driver’s license and a personal vehicle- Experience in project\people management an asset
