Client Experience Consultant

Overview:
Are you a seasoned professional with a passion for aesthetics and creating unforgettable client experiences? Join our dynamic team at Vive as a Client Experience Consultant, where you’ll work closely with a multidisciplinary team to guide clients through personalized, results-focused journeys that bring out their best.

About the Role:
As a Client Experience Consultant, you will be a trusted ambassador for Vive’s brand and vision in this specialized role. You’ll combine professionalism, meticulous attention to detail, and an approachable demeanor to build lasting, meaningful relationships with our clients. Through thoughtful consultation and service recommendations, you’ll ensure every client feels supported, informed, and engaged in a plan tailored to their unique goals.

Key Responsibilities:
Represent the Vive Brand

Serve as a champion of Vive’s brand and values, ensuring that each client interaction reflects our dedication to excellence and client satisfaction.

Foster long-term client relationships built on trust, personalized care, and commitment to delivering exceptional results.

Client Experience & Growth Strategies

Follow Vive’s proven strategies to enhance the client journey, focusing on acquisition, retention, and loyalty.

Collaborate with the leadership team to implement and track growth strategies, using key metrics to ensure clinic success.

Actively support engagement through personalized communication, follow-ups, and engagement events, reinforcing Vive as the trusted choice for aesthetic care.

Collaborate with Service Providers

Work closely with service providers to ensure every client consultation is smooth, comprehensive, and supportive, allowing clients to feel informed and confident in their treatment plans.

Prepare clients for each step of their journey, from initial consultations to follow-up care, offering guidance, reassurance, and expertise at every touchpoint.

Client-Centered Service & Operational Excellence

Partner with the Client Services Coordinator to deliver warm, professional, and solution-oriented client interactions—whether over the phone, in person, or through digital communication.

Maintain high standards of clinic organization, cleanliness, and safety, proactively handling any task to ensure an exceptional environment.

Be available for 8 hour shifts Tuesday to Saturday.

Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years in a client care role within the aesthetics or wellness industry, with a proven ability to build strong client relationships.

Demonstrated expertise in aesthetics, skincare, and wellness, with experience in customer service and retail sales.

Strong organizational and admistrative skills, a goal-driven mindset, and an ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $24.00-$28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 40 per week
