The Front Desk Receptionist will respond to all incoming calls, book and confirm appointments, answer inquiries in a positive and professional manner as they are a representative of RE/MAX Hallmark.

Key Responsibilities
- Answer all incoming calls to respond to callers inquiries in a professional manner
- Book and confirm appointments, for all offices when required
- Redirect calls as needed, take clear and concise messages when required
- Enter new listing data on the Toronto Real Estate Board MLS system
- Liaise with answering service, adding new agents, forward agents calls
- Upload listings from Toronto MLS daily and reconcile with our current listings in Quick Office Program
- Book Couriers for Agents
- Process Outgoing Mail
- Receive and sort mail from Canada Post and Interoffice courier
- Book meeting rooms when required
- Receive deposit cheques and supply receipts
- Page agents when required using Quick Office Program

**Qualifications**:

- Above average interpersonal skills, oral and written communication skills
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Previous experience working in a Real Estate Brokerage
- Must exhibit professional and polished telephone manner
- Able to handle multiple tasks, work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Show strong initiative and complete various tasks around the office during down times
- Experience with Quick Office a must
- Experience with TorontoMLS Stratus a must
- Experience with LoneWolf is an asset

**Salary**: $16.50-$18.32 per hour
