As our HR and Recruitment Intern, you will have the opportunity to be a part of a global organization, driven by the mission of contributing to a healthier and safer society, while gaining real-world experience and a comprehensive understanding of various HR and recruitment functions

You will also have the opportunity to:

- Support the HR team with administrative tasks such as data entry, employee communication, and onboarding.
- Participate in team meetings and provide input on HR and recruitment strategies and processes.
- Have the opportunity to attend and represent Sectra at Career Fairs.
- Support the HR team with special projects and initiatives as needed.

This is a 4-month paid internship starting May in a Hybrid work environment (work remotely 2 days/week)

- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources degree program with a GPA of 3.0 or above.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask
- Technical skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- A drive to make things happen
- A longing to make a difference in the healthcare industry
- A hunger to learn and improve at every opportunity
- A true team player, eager to share your knowledge with the team
- This role requires a mix of creative and analytical skills for success
- Nice to have: Experience with Applicant Tracking Software
