The Branch Manager directs production, distribution, and installation, service, collection, and coin production operations for branch/plant, in assigned territory of organization by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinates production, distribution, warehousing, machine installation, removal, collection operations, and employment in accordance with policies, principles, and procedures established by Company.
- Confers with customers, employees, supervisors, and district office to evaluate and promote improved and expanded services in area.
- Develops plans for efficient use of materials, machines, and employees.
- Reviews production costs and product quality, and modifies production and inventory control programs to maintain and enhance profitable operation of branch.
- Hires outside contractors for construction and carpentry work. Coordinates security operations.
- Handles customer complaints.
- Coordinates vehicle maintenance operations.
- Directs preparation of records.
- Recommends budgets to management.
- Manages subordinate supervisors who supervise employees in the collection, installation, and service and production departments.
- Is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of these units.
- Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws
- Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university is preferred.
- Experience in route-based business operations
- Experience with P&L and business financials Experience in a high volume/transactional environment
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Results oriented individual
- Experience in change management
- Experience w/ business operational planning Must be able to compose professional business communication Problem solver
- Customer service oriented
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, and percentages.
- Valid driver's license.
