We are looking for an energetic, friendly, and vibrant individual. The Direct Sales Supervisor is responsible for identifying potential business opportunities, pursuing qualified leads and negotiating, booking and detailing events, organizing sales activities at the events. This role requires a highly developed level of customer service and interpersonal skills including strong selling and negotiation skills.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Work with Regional Sales Manager to implement long and short-term goals, objectives and sales strategies to ensure the growth of telecom services, like Chinese TV, Home Phone, Internet, Canada cell services and China cell services, and achievement of KPIs.
- Identify and acquire new customers via cold calling, prospecting and developing new business
- Advance opportunities through the use of effective consultative selling techniques
- Partner effectively with others in the account to ensure problem resolution and customer satisfaction
- Ensure customer problems are handled appropriately, escalating issues when necessary
- Support the Regional Sales Manager in efforts to motivate the Campus sales team by creating periodic incentives and team competitions within a given budget that focus on recognizing individual and team achievements to targets.

**Qualifications**:

- 1+ years’ experience event sales
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights and weekends as required.
- Ability to deliver an exemplary service level which creates an atmosphere that makes our guests want to return, giving each guest a positive, memorable experience
- Commitment to routinely go above and beyond
- Must present an image of excitement and enthusiasm, while being able to project a professional appearance and demeanor
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills

**Experience**:

- Event Management: 1 years (preferred)
- Telecom services sales: 2 years (preferred)
- Experiences in Chinese Communities: 1 Year (preferred)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $19.00-$25.00 per hour
