**Your Qualifications**
- Reliable
- Hard working

- Able to lift 50 lbs
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of products
- Excellent communication skills are required
- Medical/surgical product knowledge would be an asset
- Purchasing experience would be an asset

We are growing rapidly and we are currently looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Customer Service/Purchasing Representative. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Greet all walk-in clients in a friendly professional manner and assist them in finding the proper products that fit their needs or direct them to the appropriate department if they are looking for Accessibility or Service
- Organize showroom and maintain cleanliness
- Update pricing on equipment in the showroom
- Maintaining inventory levels and ordering inventory as required.
- Collect current and accurate information for all orders and update in computer system including editing notes for future reference
- Converse by phone with therapists, authorizers and clients by following up and tracking products
- Provide paperwork with accurate contact information to Shipping to arrange for pick up and/or delivery of the equipment
- Follow department Quality Control procedures on all equipment coming into the building and going out to clients including rentals
- Collect payment for deposits and invoices before equipment is provided to client
- Provide support to Outside sales reps when required
- Convert work orders to invoices and complete weekly reports to close any outstanding work orders
- Ensure all orders are filled accurately and efficiently
- Resolve client complaints and rebuild relationships to maintain long term clientele prior to escalating to a manager
- Display respectful behavior at all times to employees, clients, managers and stakeholders
