**Payroll Administrator**

**Responsibilities**
Reporting to the Payroll Supervisor, and as a part of the payroll team, the Administrators main responsibility will be processing bi-weekly payroll for 470+ employees. The Administrator will be accountable for verifying timesheets, completing employee wage adjustments and calculations, benefit administration, all required reporting and remittances, as well as year-end procedures. The Payroll
Administrator will provide payroll support to a group of 30+ managers as well as respond to internal inquiries, while ensuring proper payroll controls are in place and are adhered to. The Administrator will assist with reconciliations and audits, report preparation and analysis, as well as account reconciliations and journal entries, as required. This position will work closely with the Human Resources, Finance, and
Operations teams.
