We are a dynamic Aggregate Crushing company in the Mining sector currently looking for a loader operator for our Cambridge Site. While this position is based out of Cambridge Ontario, applicants may be required to travel to other work sites throughout Ontario (transportation and lodging for locations out of town is provided by the company).

Responsibilities include:

- Feeding aggregate material to the crusher,
- Performing pre-operational inspections on equipment,
- Assist and advise the Site Foreman on Operational Issues,
- Providing support/coverage in other areas of the plant as required,
- Assume other duties as assigned by the Supervisor,
- Work with the Site Foreman to meet and/or exceed production targets,
- Work in accordance with the Company Health and Safety Policies, OHSA (Section 28), Operator Manuals and other applicable codes and standards

Experience Required
- Basic Training Wheel Loader
- Basic knowledge of steel cutting, welding, and fabrication
- Ability to train develop and motivate employees
- Ability to effectively communicate in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Basic working and maintenance knowledge of all equipment used on a job site
