**General Responsibilities**:

Our broad portfolio of technologies combines polymers, fibers, and resins to optimize the performance of our customers' products across multiple stages of the value chain. Mativ Renfrew, is currently seeking an EHS Manager.

The EHS manager will be responsible for directing and leading the site in all aspects of the health and safety functions, relative to ensuring that all provincial and federal regulations are in place as it pertains to keeping employees safe on the job at all times.

**Specific Responsibilities**:

- Ensure that a prioritized HSE plan is in place and the execution of this plan is on time and complete.
- Ensure that all Company HSE policies are updated, communicated, understood and adhered to.
- Preform regular audits and monitor HSE performance to identify areas for improvement and ensure appropriate corrective or preventative actions are taken, including follow-up reviews.
- Generate and carry-out risk assessments.
- Chair the Joint Health and Safety committee, ensuring that employee-identified safety opportunities are resolved on a priority basis.
- Coordinate and conduct safety and other necessary training to all employees.
- Participant of the corporate EHS group.

**Salary**: $95,000.00-$105,000.00 per year
