- This is a hybrid role with some in-office days and is based in Atlanta, GA or Waterloo, ON.- What You Will Accomplish- Compliance Management:_
- Stay up to date with employment laws, regulations, and industry best practices to ensure company policies and practices are in compliance.
- Monitor and assess HR practices, policies, and health and safety programs to identify areas of improvement regarding compliance.
- Collaborate with HR leadership to implement changes, updates, and new policies to maintain compliance and mitigate risk.
- Policy Development and Implementation:_
- Work closely with HR leadership to develop, review, and update HR policies and procedures that align with legal requirements and best practices.
- Communicate policy changes effectively to all employees and ensure understanding and adherence.
- Develop training materials and conduct workshops to educate employees and managers on HR policies and compliance matters as needed.
- Compensation and Pay Equity:_
Manage organization Compensation Cycle in Compensation Platform.- Maintain Pay Equity and evaluate new jobs in Pay Equity tool.
- Record Keeping and Reporting:_
- Maintain accurate and confidential HR records related to compliance, policy changes, and initiatives.
- Prepare regular reports for HR leadership on compliance metrics, policy adherence, and maintain compliance calendar.
- HR Support:_
- Collaborate with the HR team to address various HR projects and initiatives as needed.
- Other tasks and projects as appropriate to support the growth of the company.
- Diversity and Inclusion (Nice to have):_
- Support and contribute to the development and execution of diversity and inclusion initiatives and use principles in shaping policy and programs.

- 3+ years demonstrated experience working in a HR position with solid understanding of human resources policies and compliance practices within a Global organization
- A Bachelor’s Degree, human or social sciences degree, business management degree or related education required
- Strong experience in policy development, implementation, and communication
- Solid business acumen with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders within an organization
- Strong analytical skills and ability to think outside the box for creative HR solutions
- Familiarity with diversity and inclusion principles and practices a definite plus
