**_Bilingual Benefits Administrator, Group Benefits_**

Are you passionate about facilitating a collaborative client service experience and delivering that WOW factor daily? Do you have strong problem solving and time management skills? If so, this position may be perfect for you.

We are currently seeking a Benefits Administrator in our Group Benefits department. We provide the training (teach you the ropes). In this role the Administrator will be responsible for developing strong working relationships with the LIG team, as well as your assigned clients. You will work with Clients, Consultants and Insurance carrier contacts to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our client service standards.

**What will you do?**
- Data Entry and Manipulation, using client data to update insurance company systems
- Maintain accurate records of employee data and plan design
- Assist client new hires with the enrollment process
- Review contracts, policies, and plan information for accuracy
- Peer review of documents as needed
- Assist with special projects in the office as requested
- Learn and continuously grow your knowledge of insurance products

**Knowledge, Skills and Qualifications**:

- Superior communications skills both verbal and written
- Excellent organization skills
- Ability to effectively prioritize and manage numerous tasks simultaneously
- Ability to work well under pressure, against deadlines and independently
- Proficiency in MS Office products including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent customer service skills
- Team Player and the ability to work independently
- Bilingual (English and French) required
