**About the role**:
Provide operational leadership and support for various sites within the Ontario region in a safe and efficient manner. This role is to ensure ongoing growth both personally and for the business.

**What you will be doing**:
**Schedule - 14 x 14 rotation**

This operational support is comprised of training and mentoring personnel on site, auditing sites and equipment while providing recommendations, troubleshooting equipment or processes, covering absences to ensure operational and contractual fulfillment, and ability to be dispatched to new Orica operations to ensure effective business growth. At times, other regions outside of Ontario may require similar support at which this role can perform.

**What you will bring**:

- DZ driver's license
- MMU operator proficiency (Tread and Amerind).
- Blaster experience with knowledge of SOP’s and EBS.
- Minimum 5 years industry experience.
- Ability to develop and conduct effective marketing and promotional campaigns.
- Strong degree of professionalism and self-motivation.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and maintaining customer service relationships in a market with significant growth opportunities.
- Ability to provide customer solutions matching Orica operational abilities and budgetary requirements.
- Ability to identify and sell the benefits of Orica products and services and structure value propositions.
- Organization, attentive to detail, time management and quality control.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Knowledge of Federal, Provincial and other applicable regulations.
- Mechanical comprehension of operation/maintenance/troubleshooting of equipment.
- Strong computer or base skills including Microsoft Office.
- Ability to interact effectively with people in varying situations.
