Account Manager/sales

Aquazen Services is a fast-growing plumbing and drain company exclusively serving the Greater Toronto Area. We have been in business for over 17 years and have served hundreds of condominium and commercial corporations.
We are currently searching for an Account Manager & Sales person to supervise every aspect of our Commercial & Condominium projects, starting from sales and extending to completion. This position requires a hands-on approach, necessitating an outstanding and resilient sales attitude, and the capability to adhere to our sales process. Working closely with the field team is crucial to guarantee a smooth process and delivery.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Prepare estimates to assist the office team with selling work in the field
- Communicate with clients before, during, and after projects
- Act as the point of contact for commercial and commercial clients
- Manage accounts and troubleshoot with clients
- Work with crews to ensure work is completed to the highest quality standards
- Upsell to provide future maintenance for customers
- Maintain and build relationships with clients
- Onboard work for seamless handoff to operations
- Sell new accounts and seek new business opportunities
- Maintain CRM and ensure customer compliance
- Document completed work and projects to get testimonials, google reviews from customers and clients.

**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Working knowledge of various buildings and property management roles.
- Able to plan, prioritize, and execute proper actions given competing daily demands.
- Ability to be diplomatic and skilled with negotiations to handle various situations.
- Ability to answer disputes and devise fair solutions when they arise.
- A valid driver’s license required
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $55,209.09-$89,512.25 per year
