**Overview**
We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Travel Advisor to join our dynamic team. As a Travel Advisor, you will play a crucial role in helping clients plan and book their travel experiences, ensuring they receive exceptional service and personalized itineraries. Your expertise in travel arrangements and knowledge of various destinations will be key in providing clients with memorable journeys.

**Duties**
- Collaborate with clients to understand their travel preferences and requirements.
- Research and recommend travel destinations, accommodations, and activities based on client interests.
- Prepare detailed itineraries that include transportation, lodging, and activity arrangements.
- Handle all aspects of travel bookings, including flights, hotels, car rentals, and tours.
- Provide clients with information on travel regulations, visa requirements, and health advisories.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions using accounting software.
- Assist with account analysis, budgeting for trips, and managing accounts receivable/payable.
- Perform bank reconciliation and account reconciliation tasks as needed.
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes to provide informed recommendations.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a Travel Advisor or in a related field is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as Xero is desirable.
- Knowledge of account analysis, budgeting, payroll processes, bank reconciliation, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and account reconciliation is beneficial.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and vendors.
- A genuine passion for travel and helping others create unforgettable experiences.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $40.00-$52.00 per year
