- **Greet customers and ensure they have proper ID**:

- **Assist customers with cannabis related questions, educate them on responsible uses and practices, and make informed suggestions and product recommendations**:

- **Prepare in-store and online customer orders, review inventory counts and assist with back of house support**:

- **Process cash, debit and credit transactions on a computerized Point of Sale system (Greenline)**:

- **Support and participate in store opening and closing procedures, including but not limited to restocking, general housekeeping, and end of day reports**:

- **Ensure store is clean and tidy by maintaining general housekeeping throughout the day**:

- **Must be willing to stay up to date with new product knowledge and developments in the industry**:

- **Consistently look for areas to make improvements to operations and business results**:
